My son is almost 2. What are some of the signs that he might be ready for potty training? I don't want to start too early.

Totally agree with the previous comment. That worked for us too.
This is a developmental phase. Their sleep cycles are maturing. We read 'Precious Little Sleep' and it had some great tips. It does get better!
Solidarity! We are in the thick of it too. The only thing that seems to help is being super consistent with our bedtime routine. And lots of coffee.
