I'm 36 weeks pregnant and trying to pack my hospital bag. What are the absolute essentials for me, my partner, and the baby? What did you pack that you didn't end up using?
It's called 'sleeping like a baby' for a reason! 😉 Definitely check with your doctor, but ours said the same thing. If they're healthy and growing, let them sleep. It's a blessing!
This phase is so tough. You're not alone.
Have you tried gripe water or gas drops? They were a lifesaver for us. Also, look into paced bottle feeding techniques, it can help them swallow less air.
Solidarity! We are in the thick of it too. The only thing that seems to help is being super consistent with our bedtime routine. And lots of coffee.
Yep, that sounds exactly right! Mustard yellow and seedy is the classic breastfed baby poop. It's a good sign they are getting enough of the fatty hindmilk.
