My 1-month-old is such a loud sleeper! He grunts, groans, and makes little noises all night. Is this normal active sleep for a newborn?

We had the same issue! We switched to Enfamil Gentlease and it made a world of difference. It's designed for gassiness and fussiness.
Yep, that sounds exactly right! Mustard yellow and seedy is the classic breastfed baby poop. It's a good sign they are getting enough of the fatty hindmilk.
