We have our first flight coming up with our 7-month-old. I am so nervous. Any and all tips for getting through the airport, the flight, and dealing with pressure changes would be amazing.
It's called 'sleeping like a baby' for a reason! 😉 Definitely check with your doctor, but ours said the same thing. If they're healthy and growing, let them sleep. It's a blessing!
Even a few minutes at a time adds up! We used a special tummy time mat with lots of textures and a mirror. That helped distract him.
Every baby is different, so what works for one might not work for another. Don't get discouraged!
Try doing it on your chest while you're lying down! My baby tolerated that way better than on the floor. Or roll up a towel and put it under their armpits for support.
