My baby has her first cold and has a stuffy nose. She is having trouble eating and sleeping. Besides the NoseFrida, what else can I do to help her breathe easier?
Totally agree with the previous comment. That worked for us too.
Try doing it on your chest while you're lying down! My baby tolerated that way better than on the floor. Or roll up a towel and put it under their armpits for support.
Even a few minutes at a time adds up! We used a special tummy time mat with lots of textures and a mirror. That helped distract him.

It's called 'sleeping like a baby' for a reason! 😉 Definitely check with your doctor, but ours said the same thing. If they're healthy and growing, let them sleep. It's a blessing!
