My little one has a persistent diaper rash that doesn't seem to go away. We've tried a few different creams. What are your holy grail products or methods for clearing it up?
It's called 'sleeping like a baby' for a reason! 😉 Definitely check with your doctor, but ours said the same thing. If they're healthy and growing, let them sleep. It's a blessing!
Every baby is different, so what works for one might not work for another. Don't get discouraged!

Solidarity! We are in the thick of it too. The only thing that seems to help is being super consistent with our bedtime routine. And lots of coffee.
